Welcome to Loyal Dentistry! We deeply subscribe to three core values: Being Ethical, Being Compassionate and Being Quality Oriented. Some people feel dental visits are cumbersome and many people only go if there's pain. We want to break those stereotypes and create an environment where patients of all ages feel comfortable and relaxed in a dental setting. Our goal is for you to have a positive experience at every visit.
When you arrive at our office, you will be asked to fill out a health history form (or you may download the form from our website prior to coming in for your appointment--click on button below). Upon completion of necessary paperwork, we will review your health history form with you and discuss any concerns you may have in detail. We find that "listening" is just as important as "doing". We look forward to seeing you and starting a loyal relationship!

Dr. Isabel Kuo
Dr. Isabel Kuo received her Doctor of Dental Surgery Degree from the Herman Ostrow School of Dentistry at University of Southern California (USC). She then continued her education obtaining a General Practice Residency at the Los Amigos National Rehabilitation Center.
​
Dr. Kuo's training allowed her to work with patients with medical, physical and developmental disabilities. Her knowledge continued to expand to all types of comprehensive dental care. She is passionate about helping her patients maintain their dental health but also tailors her care depending on the specific needs of her patients. She is compassionate, kind, knowledgeable and wants to make her patients feel as comfortable as possible. She deeply adheres to the philosophy of Loyal Dentistry and treats all patients like she would her own family members.
Dr. Kuo keeps up to date with the latest technology, techniques and dental science with top notch continuing education.
During her free time, she enjoys pilates, learning new languages and visiting museums.
Dr. Katie Tsuchiyama
Dr. Katie Tsuchiyama graduated from UCLA School of Dentistry with a Doctor of Dental Surgery degree. She is passionate about dentistry where she treats her patients with respect, care and complete understanding. She is dedicated to keeping up with the latest in dental science, technology and improved care by taking top notch continuing education.

Dr. Tsuchiyama​ has experience in many aspect of dental care including occlusion, restorative, esthetics and pain management. She also works closely with our specialists to make sure that the best care is taken to maintain, improve and educate patients' dental health.

During her free time, she enjoys pottery and setting up home studios in her patio. She loves playing with her amazingly large mixed breed cats!
Dr. Tiffany La
Dr. Tiffany La graduated from The University of California San Francisco (UCSF) School of Dentistry with a Doctor of Dental Surgery degree. She continued on to obtain a Certificate in Advanced Education in General Dentistry (AEGD) from St. Vincent De Paul-NYU Langone where she received extensive training in comprehensive dental care. Dr. La also had the opportunity to help out at the Sacramento Native American Health Center where she saw patients in that community with complex dental procedures. She is dedicated to making sure utmost care is taken to provide top notch dental services and believes in working closely with patients to improve their dental health comprehensively. Her ability to communicate and connect well with her patients is poignantly obvious soon after meeting her. She also keeps up with up to date continuing education.​
